Garden View Suite

Love adventure but don't love roughing it? The Garden View Suite at The Sterling Rose BnB offers all the luxury of a beautiful, light and spacious suite with an adjoining office and sitting area. Large windows in this top floor suite allow 180 degree views of our gorgeous property.

Relax in the two person jetted tub, then drift off to sleep in a king size bed featuring adjustable base and firmness for each side, and high end linens. In the morning enjoy a delicious breakfast right downstairs!

Patio Room

Completely private studio except a few steps up the stairs in a shared but quiet hallway, to your own private bath. This studio has a private entrance as well as a private patio with a gas fire pit and gas grill. In the space you will enjoy beautiful vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a queen Murphy bed, a kitchenette, and a workspace. The studio has a very spacious feel in a small footprint.

Washer and dryer are available for your use just outside of the studio.

Rosebud Apartment

Totally Private 1 Bedroom Guest Suite - Beautiful inside and out! One mile from Kenai River fishing at Morgan's Landing State Park. Remodeled 800 sq/ft. - Park Like Setting - Wonderful Outdoor Space.

2 night minimum. Guests must be able to step up into the shower (10 inch step). 2nd Bed is a Queen Sofa Sleeper with memory foam mattress topper.

Absolutely amazing!!! Such a beautiful place and property!! Immaculate!! Sue and Eric are such gracious hosts. I instantly felt welcomed and at home. I stayed for two nights. Wish I could have stayed longer. Breakfasts were delicious and met with great conversation!!

Hosts were fantastic and room was great. We ended up only seeing the Garden Patio because of an issue beyond anyone's control. But Sue and Eric had another location available for us, the Rosebud. It was also great.

Sue and her husband were super kind! The place was incredible! There was no detail spared. The bed was comfy. The soap was great (handmade). The yard was great! We had s'mores. Breakfast was great! I just can't say enough about this place!
